Construction crews work on the 69,000-square-foot Dolan Lexus project at 7175 S. Virginia St. in Reno. The flagship location for Dolan Auto Group was completed in 2015. Major construction projects like these have become the norm for Northern Nevada in recent years, and the next few years figure to be no different.
Industry experts expect to see continued growth throughout 2020 in commercial, residential and industrial construction — and that growth puts continued pressure on regional subcontractors to find enough skilled tradespeople, which can impact pricing on projects.
