The ruling marks a significant victory for Canada-based Lithium Americas Corp.
The Nevada Supreme Court last week ruled in favor of Jones West Ford in its legal battle with Ford Motors, saying the Reno company "... would suffer substantially adverse effects on its investment and sales and service obligations.”
