Kramer's House Downtown includes an 18-unit co-living space located in the new Neon Line District in downtown Reno.
Two of the houses feature common living spaces and nine private bedrooms apiece (ranging from 130 to 180 square feet, costing $550 a month). Two tenants each share an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
