The 132-room Hyatt Place hotel will be built between the Jared Galleria of Jewelry store and Century Summit Sierra movie theater.
Tolles Development Company plans to break ground this spring. Project partners include Pelzer Hospitality, Bayer Properties, Azul Hospitality, Reno Engineering and DLW Architects.
