The Community Housing Land Trust LLC was established on April 4, 2018. Land given to the Housing Land Trust will be used to provide affordable and workforce housing for northern Nevada communities.
The idea is that the Community Foundation's Housing Land Trust would own the land given by Churchill County to provide residents making 80% (or less) of the area median income the opportunity to build equity through home ownership.
