U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., says the 21st Century Entrepreneurship Act would benefit youth who come from underprivileged backgrounds.
"This is an opportunity for those students to now meet a mentor in the business community that can also talk to them about their options and potential to be entrepreneurs," U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nevada) told the NNBW.
