Four staff members of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS recently earned CMLX1 certification, becoming just the third MLS organization in North America to have 100% of its staff obtain the international designation.

According to a May 17 press release, the Council of Multiple Listing Services has 208 member MLS organizations, including NNRMLS.

At least one individual from 104 of its member services have completed the CMLX1 certification; in the case of NNRMLS, all 10 members of its staff have done so.

“Our team believes in the special role that MLS plays in the real estate industry, and having a team that is literally 100% committed to raising the bar of their own professional credentials is just one of many examples of the value we are bringing to our membership,” NNRMLS CEO George Pickard, a CMLX2 designee himself, said in a statement.

Per the release, NNRMLS Director of Finance and Office Administration Amie VanClute, Director of Information Technology Ryan Snyder, Director of Membership and Compliance Misty Burch, and the organization’s newest recruit, Member Support Specialist Brooke Murphy, all earned the CMLX1 professional designation this spring.

“The CMLX certification program is a rigorous training program that produces certified management specialists in Multiple Listing Services,” Denee Evans, CEO of CMLS, said in a statement. “The men and women who make a commitment to professionalism by enrolling in this program are often the ones who help lead multiple listing services and the North American real estate industry, which has become the envy of the world. I congratulate VanClute, Burch, Snyder, Murphy and the entire organization on their most recent accomplishment.”
