Dunham Trust opens office in downtown Reno

Basin Street Properties announced Dunham Trust has signed a 6,053 square foot lease at 200 S. Virginia in downtown Reno.

200 S. Virginia is a nine-story, 117,780 square foot Class A office building with panoramic views of the surrounding Sierra mountains, Truckee Meadows and downtown Reno.

The office building offers close access to I-80, I-580, Reno Tahoe International Airport and the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.

It is also located in the downtown Reno Opportunity Zone. Patrick Riggs, Dominic Brunetti and Scott Shanks of Dickson Commercial Group represented both Dunham Trust and Basin Street Properties.
