Arrest made in fatal hit-and-run

A man was arrested Tuesday on charges of fleeing the scene of a fatal hit and run accident that happened in Carson City. The Justice Court of Carson Township issued a warrant for the arrest of 37-year-old Juan Pablo Rios on suspicion of failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving personal injury or death, a category B felony. Bail was set at $50,000.
