The Crossing at Meadowood Square is located at the I-395 exit for Meadowood Mall.
The $4.45 million purchase completes the company's ownership of the center, totaling 63,400 square feet, after acquiring the other 32,000 square feet of space in 2014. That previous purchase was completed for $3.7 million.
