Job fair set Wednesday in Reno

More than 70 employers will be looking for people to fill 1,000 jobs at the CareerFinder Nevada Job Fair.

The fair is set for Wednesday at the Reno/Sparks Convention Center and is a public/private partnership between the State's Employment, Training and Rehabilitation Department, school districts and the university system.

The fair will be open in two sessions the first from 9:30 a.m.- 2 p.m., the second session is from 4-7 p.m.

State officials said job seekers should come prepared to make a good impression and have their identification, Social Security card and a job history with references.
