Support group for breast cancer survivors meets 7 p.m. Tuesday in Carson

Coping Together with Breast Cancer, a continuing education and support group for breast cancer survivors, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Cancer Resource Center, 990 N. Minnesota St.

Guest speakers are Dr. Keith Shonnard and Patti Turner from Tahoe Carson Radiology. The topic is "what breast cancer survivors should know about getting follow-up mammograms after having surgery, radiation, chemotherapy or reconstruction." This will be an informal gathering with time for questions and answers.
