The Western Nevada HOME Consortium and the Western Nevada Development District will hold consecutive meetings Tuesday evening in Carson City, including possible approval of the district to administer the consortium's home and down payment assistance programs.
The meetings will be at the Ormsby House, with the consortium meeting scheduled at 6 p.m. and the development district's immediately afterward.
Agenda items for the HOME Consortium include a request for loan term changes for the River Valley Apartments project in Dayton and the down-payment assistance program guidelines.
The Western Nevada Development District board will hear a report on the completion of the Fallon Downtown Revitalization Study.
Also on the district's agenda is discussion and possible action on its role in the proposed V&T Railroad project, a possible cooperative advertising campaign for economic development, the One Region-One Vision program and transportation issues.
