Elizabeth "Dolly" Ann Ramirez, 81, a Carson City resident for 50 years, died May 10 at Mountain View Center.
Born Oct. 2, 1920 in Kentucky to Trabue and Rachel Dixon Shearer, she moved to Carson City from Reno in 1952.
Mrs. Ramirez was a past member of Carson City Women's Golf Association. She enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening taking pictures and was a great cook.
She is survived by a son, Martin of Carson City; a sister, Mae Heflin of Rock Falls, Ill.; and a grandson, Brandon Michael Ramirez.
No services are scheduled.
Inurnment will be held at a later date at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery in Carson City.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society in Carson City is in charge of arrangements.
