Continental upgrades Houston service

Continental Airlines will serve its

Reno-Houston flight with a larger

Boeing 757 beginning in January.

That will provide 30 more seats

than the Boeing 737 currently used

on Continental's daily non-stop service

to Houston from Reno/Tahoe

International Airport.

Continental Airlines began daily

nonstop service to the George

Bush/Houston Intercontinental

Airport from Reno/Tahoe

International on Dec. 15, 1999.

Krys T. Bart, executive director of

the Airport Authority of Washoe

County, said the move demonstrates

the strength of the Reno market.
