Amerco, the Reno-based parent company of U-Haul, said last week it reached a standstill agreement with holders of $100 million in notes issued by Amerco Real Estate Co.
and guaranteed by Amerco.
Three affiliates of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co.
have agreed to dismiss the lawsuit they filed against the company, which will continue to make interest payments while it seeks to refinance the debt.
