Minden-based Kingdom Ventures said last week it acquired Ministry Values for Growing Churches, a Christian marketing company.
Terms weren't disclosed.
Gene Jackson, president of publicly held Kingdom Ventures, said Ministry Values has been selling to the churches for 18 years through direct mail and its web site.
Ministry Values is based in Alexandria, Va.
He said the acquisition is expected to add about $1 million in annual revenue to Kingdom Ventures.
