Pamela Stepien

Pamela Stepien has been named regional human resources manager for Granite Construction.

Stepien has 13 years experience in the human resources industry, most recently serving as human resources manager at The National Judicial College at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Stepien earned a bachelor's degree in business at the University of

Hawaii, Manoa.

She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a member of Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, a co-chair of the Diversity Committee for NNHRA, a member of Northern Nevada Diversity Council, Truckee Meadows Community College Community Advisory Board and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
