Stephanie Kruse, president of the Reno-based advertising agency KPS/3, participated in a panel discussion during the summer gathering of the Outdoor Industry Women's Council last weekend in Salt Lake City.
Kruse was part of a panel of entrepreneurs who discussed their decisions to strike out on their own and their strategies for success.
The session was part of the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market.
