Thermoplan USA LLC will establish its U.S.
administrative headquarters in Reno.
The Swiss company develops and sells equipment for coffee houses.
Its products include coffee machines, milk foamers and cream whippers.
The company acquired a newly constructed 14,559-square-foot building at 8995 Double Diamond Parkway for its headquarters as well as a service and assembly facility.
Todd Blonsley of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.
represented Thermoplan in the acquisition of the building.
