Reno-based Employers Insurance Co.
of Nevada last week said it is committing $17,000 to the non-profit sector.
That includes a $10,000 contribution to the California-based Insurance Industry Charitable Fund and $7,000 to McDonald Corp.'s Ronald McDonald House.
The Ronald McDonald houses in each of the seven cities where EICON and its subsidiary, Employers Compensation Insurance Co., operate division offices will equally share that donation.
