Magnolia Village now fully leased

Magnolia Village, a 70,000-squarefeet office complex at Lakeside Drive and South McCarran Boulevard, is fully leased a year after its first tenants moved in.

Marsh, an operating company of Marsh & McLennan Companies, recently signed a seven-year lease for 9,000 square feet in the complex for its Nevada operations center.

Among other tenants are Paine Webber, Merrill Lynch, Intrawest, Hot Creek and CTX Mortgage.

Magnolia Village was developed and owned and operated by Magnolia Business Parks, a division of The Magnolia Companies.
