Sharon Uithoven

The Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants' executive board recently named Sharon Uithoven as the association's new executive director.

Uithoven previously worked for the NSCPA from 1980 to 1995, serving as its executive director during the last eight years of her tenure.

She replaced Dianne Ruud who retired from the position in September after 21 years of service.

Uithoven received her bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she also served as a teaching assistant in the political science department immediately following her graduation.
