A 15-year-old Carson City teen was arrested for allegedly offering an 8-year-old girl money to pull down her pants.
According to police, the girl told school staff on Monday about two incidents in which the boy, who is her neighbor, offered her a dollar to expose herself. School officials called police, said Carson City Sheriff's Lt. Bev Moltz.
The 15-year-old, a student at Carson High School, was taken into custody on two counts of annoying a minor after allegedly admitting the charge, Moltz said.
