Gross has been hired as the new general manager and chief operating officer of the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge and Casino at Crystal Bay.
Gross previously held top executive positions at properties in Las Vegas and Reno including the Four Queens Hotel and Casino, Lady Luck Hotel & Casino, Riviera Hotel and Casino, The Mirage and MGM Grand.
Gross graduated with a bachelor of science in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1979.
