Jennifer Wilson and Eric Guthrie traded 14-hour days in exchange for a minority ownership of the new P.F.

Good decision.

Wilson, the restaurant's operating partner, and Guthrie, its executive chef, were swamped with work for months after the south-Reno business opened last spring.

Customers sometimes waited well over an hour for a table and they did so patiently.

The waits are down a little now that P.F.

Chang's started taking reservations, not just in Reno but nationally.

But even after a mild slowdown this autumn,Wilson says business is coming back strong during the holidays.
