Patti Schubert was confident about her product injection-molded foundation vents for homes.Working by herself to handle everything from sales to warehousing, she launched Raz-Air Building Products in Reno.
Today, the company is shuttered.
Schubert, who learned the vents didn't meet the standards of the Uniform Building Code, is tied up in litigation with the former owners of the product.
Waiting for the lawsuit to come to a conclusion, Schubert says, "I'm sitting around going crazy."
