Holder Hospitality Group Inc.
completed the purchase of the Fernley Truck Inn & Casino off Interstate 80.
The property has 125 employees, 42 rooms, 225 slots machines, two bars, a full-service coffee shop, a KFC and Pizza Hut Express, RV park, 24-hour convenience store and gas station.
Holder also purchased 24 acres adjacent to the property that the company plans to turn into an RV park.
The truck inn is the company's seventh Nevada casino acquisition on three years.
