Spanish Springs center get second building

Construction has started on the second building in the Spanish Springs Business Center.

Hawco Properties is developing a 10,804-square- foot concrete tilt-up building, a sister building to one completed in April.

Jim Haw, Sr., chief executive officer of Hawco, said the building is 80 percent pre-leased.Tenants include Curves - Spanish Springs, Dalhaus Martial Arts Legacy and possibly a small church.

Two thousand square feet are available for lease/purchase.

The Spanish Springs Business Center is located two miles north of Albertson's on Pyramid Lake Highway.
