Bigbrews stake purchased by AR

AR Associates, a publicly traded company based in Reno, reached agreement to purchase 65 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Bigbrews.

Bigbrews, which is based in Vancouver, sells a micro-brew system that allows a bar to become a brew pub.

Bigbrew retains the brew-master functions and rents the equipment that bars use to brew their own products.
