He was born May 27, 1941, in West Virginia to Osmer and Ora Bragg. He was preceded in death by his father.
Among his survivors are his son, William Bragg; mother; brothers John Foley and Donald E. Bragg; sister, Valera Bragg; Coy Layne; and Sherinda Barrow.
Arrangements are under the direction of John Sparks Memorial.
