Len Ramos, of the CB Richard Ellis Hospitality Team in the Reno/Lake Tahoe office, was recently a consultant to Enliko Smith and Partners, the buyer, in the acquisition of the Lamplighter Inn in South Lake Tahoe.
Soon after the transaction, the property was renovated, repositioned and renamed The Block to target the extreme snowboarder and ski crowd.
