Hytek Microsystems Inc.
has appointed Philip Bushnell as chief financial officer.
He replaces Sally Chapman.
Prior to joining Hytek, Bushnell was senior vice president, finance and administration at Sigma Circuits Inc.
At Sigma, Bushnell took the company through its initial public offering and its subsequent sale to Tyco International Ltd.
Bushnell has also held positions with Varian Associates and Badger America, a Raytheon subsidiary.
