The Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission Don Soderberg has appointed Kirby Lampley as the director of regulatory operations replacing Neill Dimmick who announced his retirement last week.
Lampley joined the commission in 1986 as an auditor and has served as the manager of policy analysis since November 2000.
Lampley earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of California at Riverside and after serving as a commissioned officer with Naval Intelligence he earned his MBA from San Diego State University.
