David DeMello recently joined BPO Tracker in Truckee, a Clear Capital company specializing in loan valuation outsourcing, as vice president of business development.
A certified general appraiser, DeMello founded DeMello Valuation in 2003, providing commercial and residential real estate appraisal and consultation services covering the greater Sacramento and North Lake Tahoe regions.
He began his career in real estate in 1999 as a research analyst/appraiser trainee with Seevers - Jordan - Ziegenmeyer and earned his master's degree in business administration and finance from California State University, Sacramento in 2002.
