A memorial service for Ryan Mitchell Wynn, 26, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Carson Valley United Methodist Church in Gardnerville with the Rev. Pete Nelson officiating.
Mr. Wynn died April 14, 2004, at Washoe Medical Center in Reno. He was born Jan. 20, 1978, in West Covina, Calif., to Patrick and Lyndi Wynn.
He spent his childhood in Minden and later lived in Las Vegas where he was studying to be a chef.
Among his survivors are his mother of Carson City; father of Las Vegas; grandparents Allen and Louise LeFever of Carson City; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
