Neil Bartlett has been promoted to senior project estimator at Clark & Sullivan, a Renobased construction company.
Bartlett is responsible for preconstruction services for new projects in Nevada and California.
He has been with Clark & Sullivan nine years, most recently as project estimator.
Bartlett earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif.He is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America and is accredited by the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design.
