A graveside service for Doris Jean Olson, 75, a Gardnerville resident for the past 14 years, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon Wednesday at Walton's Douglas County Mortuary in Minden.
Mrs. Olson died Dec. 24, 2004, in Gardnerville. She was born May 6, 1929, in Houston to Richard L. and Leerie Laird Cobb.
She married Ron Olson July 4, 1953, in Oakland, Calif.
Before moving to Gardnerville, Mrs. Olson lived in Houston.
Among her survivors are her husband of Gardnerville; children Sandra Groves of El Sobrante, Calif., and Don McCloskey of Roseville, Calif.; sister, Bobbie Campbell of Concord, Calif.; brothers Richard L. Cobb of Elk Grove, Calif., and Sam Cobb of San Diego; grandchildren Ronnie and Tina McCloskey, Nancy Elves and Joe Groves; and nine great-grandchildren.
Walton's Douglas County Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
