Bill Reich has joined Mactec Engineering and Consulting in Carson City as environmental permitting and program manager.
Reich has more than 25 years of environmental, regulatory and natural resource management experience.
This includes managing permitting programs with federal, state and local agencies.
He graduated from the University of Montana school of forestry in 1978 with a bachelor's degree.
He worked as a forester in Montana from 1978 to 1988.
He is a certified forester with the Society of American Foresters and is involved with the Nevada Chapter of the SAF.

Bryan has joined Mactec Engineering and Consulting in Reno as principal geological engineer and industrial minerals specialist.
Byran has been the project manager involving construction testing and inspection services on numerous large projects including highways, runways, commercial buildings and high-rise hotels for the gaming industry in downtown Reno.
Bryan is a governor appointee to the State of Nevada Commission on Mineral Resources.
He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Mackay School of Mines at UNR.
