has been merged into BizVal, Inc.
BizVal, which recently opened offices in Las Vegas, is headed by Jerry F.
Golanty of Reno, Nevada's only master certified business appraiser and business valuator accredited in litigation, and Kris Bruce, CPA, business appraiser and forensic accounting expert.
The company specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses and professional practices with emphasis on business planning, taxation issues and litigation support.
