U.S. leasing office buildings

A Denver-area developer plans a second office building for federal agencies next to one it's completing in Reno's South Meadows.

SDA Inc.

of Greenwood Village, Colo., plans to begin construction on the 20,000-square-foot building in July, said Stephen Biagiotti of Reno, president

of the development company.

The new project will start as SDA Inc.

completes a 30,000- square-foot, two-story building at the corner of Technology Way and Double Diamond Parkway.

The building that's nearing completion will be occupied by the Drug Enforcement Administration, said Bethany Rich, a spokeswoman for the General Services Administration.

She said the GSA is completing a 15-year lease on the office building.
