Bengin LLC and Rosebud Omega Partnership purchased a 17,661-squarefoot office/flex building at 5485 Reno Corporate Drive for $2.03 million.
The newly constructed building is in the first phase of the Sandhill Business Campus.
Rosebud Omega is a San Francisco investment group; Bengin is based in Oregon.
They now are seeking tenants for the building.
Todd Blonsley of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage represented the buyers; the seller was represented by Double Diamond Realty Advisors.
