Western Summit Constructors, Inc.
last week won a $41.2 million contract to expand and upgrade the Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility in Sparks.
The expansion will allow for 46.5 million gallons per day to be treated, up from 40 million gallons per day.
Carollo Engineers, meanwhile, won the contract for construction management of the project.
Its bid was $3.48 million.
