Reno court rules on Amerco bankruptcy

Amerco, the Reno-based owner of UHaul, said that the U.S.

Bankruptcy Court in Reno ruled that it has jurisdiction over potential claims filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and that as of April 21, the company had complied with the SEC's administrative subpoenas, having produced over 1.4 million documents, including e-mails.
