Bank Holdings closes merger in California

The Bank Holdings, the Reno-based parent company of Nevada Security Bank, said last week it completed the merger of CNA Trust Corp.

of Costa Mesa, Calif.

into Nevada Security Bank.

As a result, Nevada Security has acquired a branch office in California and plans to relocate the branch from Costa Mesa to Roseville, assuming that regulators agree.

The California branch office will operate under the name Silverado Bank, a division of Nevada Security Bank.
