Crime Report

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Gregory Modugno, 50, a transient, was arrested Sunday at 8:15 p.m. at the jail on suspicion of felony failure to appear in district court. Bail was set at $10,000.

• Theresa Modugno, a transient, was arrested Sunday at 8:15 p.m. at the jail on suspicion of felony failure to appear in district court. Bail was set at $10,000.

• A 24-year-old hairdresser from Carson City was arrested Sunday at 4:18 p.m. at Winnie Lane and North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. Her bail was set at $500.

• A 20-year-old transient was arrested Sunday at 3:08 p.m. at Mills Park on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. His bail was set at $360.
