Paul Elcano, director of Washoe Legal Services,will be honored by the Sierra Nevada Association of Paralegals, the Washoe County Bar Association and the NALS ofWashoe County on April 28.
Elcano will be honored for his work in making the Truckee Meadows Community College paralegal program the first and only American Bar Association-approved paralegal program in the state.
