Scott Borgia has been named a team leader in the Reno office of CB Richard Ellis.
A 20- year veteran of commercial real estate brokerage in the Silicon Valley, Borgia has consummated more than 500 transactions involving more than 10 million square feet with a total consideration in excess of $560 million.
His clients have included Equity Office Properties,AMB, J.P.Morgan and UBS Realty Advisors and RREEF.
He previously worked with a Silicon Valley firm, CPS, where he was a senior vice president and principal.
