Royal Standards Minerals Inc.
of Sparks said last week it granted options to purchase 1 million shares of its common stock to directors and a consultant.
The options, which expire April 13, 2010, can be exercised at 39 cents a share.
The mining company's stock was trading last week at 30 cents.
