United Electrical Services will move into a new building on Meridian in the Airport Business Park in Carson City shortly after the industrial condo unit is completed in June, says accounting manager Stephanie Haskins.
More office and warehouse space will be needed when the company adds 15 employees, bringing total staff to 60,Haskins says.
United Electrical Services purchased 35 percent, a 14,000-square-foot unit of the building, which will be about 50,000 square feet, says owner and developer David Davis.
The industrial condos complex will contain four units.
